Delivery times

Delivery will be considered made when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and expose all reservations and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document. Right of withdrawal

Change policy
The owner understands by change the replacement of the product with any other product. Customers have _____________ calendar days from receipt of the merchandise to make any changes.
The procedure to follow for changes will be as follows: Sending an e-mail to info@galeriadododada.com. It is necessary to tell us that it is an exchange, the purchase date, order number and the reasons for the exchange or return. The package must contain the original packaging, labels, user manuals and guarantees. The product must be unused, in the original packaging and with all its accessories and attached documentation. Once the package arrives, we will check that the product has no damage and has not been used. If the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to exchange it immediately. If, on the other hand, we detect any anomaly, the client will be informed of said incident.
The owner will return the initial shipping costs, with the costs of shipping the product from their home to the store headquarters being the customer's responsibility (return costs).
The owner does not accept changes to postage due.
Warranty
According to current regulations on consumer matters and other complementary laws, you have a legal guarantee in the event that the goods delivered are defective or do not meet the specifications indicated in the contract and it is necessary to repair, replace them, reduce or refund the price paid. The guarantee of the purchased products will be your purchase invoice.
The beginning of the warranty period begins with the date of delivery of the product. Contract termination
In accordance with article 60.2.d of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (L.S.S.I.), the procedures available to the consumer to terminate the contract are stated.
The customer who has confirmed the order in the purchasing process may cancel the order in the following situations:
A) You decide to back out after the purchase: You must notify us before the merchandise leaves our facilities. If you have paid for the product, you must notify us as soon as possible.
B) You decide to back out while the shipment of the merchandise is already done. You must use the right of withdrawal upon receiving the product.
