Alba Fernández, architect from the universities of A Coruña and Normandía, is currently dedicated to illustration, design and artistic creation processes.
Since 2007 he has worked for different architecture studios. Between 2011 and 2017 he designed for renowned brands in the fashion world, carrying out interior design projects for stores and showrooms throughout the national and international territory.
His professional career in the field of architecture and interior design has drifted in recent years towards artistic disciplines, which he approaches from a vital concern and drive.
In free-themed illustration he finds his most intimate channel of expression. He approaches his creations from a sensitive place where emotions take shape and weave a thread between the world and his interior. Since January 2018, he has illustrated the literary articles of the writer Jaime Noguerol for the Sunday section “El angle inverso” in the newspaper La Región.
He also develops corporate work, record image, editorial illustration, cultural events and other projects, always very personal, around illustration and design.
He has held several individual and group exhibitions. He soon has an individual exhibition planned at the Dodo Dada Art Gallery [Ourense].
